HE’S BACK: Marvin Williams Returns to Kings of Kitsap
Bremerton legend. National Champion. 15-year NBA veteran. And now, he’s coming back home.
We are excited to officially announce that Marvin Williams is returning to the Kings of Kitsap Alumni Tournament!
The former Bremerton High School star and North Carolina standout went on to become the No. 2 overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft and spent 15 seasons in the NBA.
Now, #24 is putting the Bremerton jersey back on.
Williams will return to the court with Bremerton High School’s Over-30 team as they compete for the crown at the Third Annual Kings of Kitsap Alumni Tournament, August 22–23 at Bremerton High School.
For Kings of Kitsap, Marvin’s return is about more than basketball. It represents exactly what this event was created to celebrate — bringing our community together, honoring Kitsap’s basketball history, and giving the next generation an opportunity to see some of the best players our area has produced come back home.
Come watch Marvin Williams and some of the best former high school, college and professional players from Kitsap County compete for bragging rights and the Kings of Kitsap crown.
